I am a mother of two and I am trying to be healthy for myself and my kids. I also want to be sure my kids learn to love food that is good for their bodies at a young age. A lot of my desserts are gluten free. I don't buy refined sugar anymore so the only refined sugar in my desserts is what is already in products like dark chocolate chips.
