ReVamped Recipes

I am turning the big 30 this year and really want to be healthier.  I also want my kids growing up eating real foods that are fresh when possible and not all chemically altered and processed.  I dont want my kids growing up being addicted to "junk food"  I want them to taste all kinds of yummy food that is good for the body too.  My goal with this blog is to share healthier recipes that I have come across or reVamped to be a healthy option.  If you would like to share any recipes just email me @ heatherpinheiro@gmail.com.  Please only tried and true recipes!  I promise to always share where I got my recipe from unless its one that I have altered and reVamped myself, so if you share one of my recipes please give credit where credit is due.  I also plan on sharing products that I "gotta have"  and ones that I am "interested in trying".  Disclaimer: I am not a nutritionist or doctor I just want to share with you and have you share with me healthy recipes, products, and tips as I try to become a healthier person and set a better example of healthy eating for my kids.
