Banana Walnut Oatmeal
Whats for breakfast??? Are you sick of being hungry an hour or so after eating that bowl of sugary cereal?? Me too. That is why I try to opt for oatmeal packed with fiber and protein its so filling and yummy too!
Heather's Banana Walnut Oatmeal
Oatmeal
Water or Almond Milk
Walnuts
Banana (not green only ripe)
Dash of cinnamon
drop of vanilla (optional)
Follow package directions as to amount of oatmeal and water. Microwave. Then add a whole banana smashed. And a handful of chopped walnuts. You can also substitute water for Silk unsweetened Almond milk. Yummy!!
